The location of the hotel was fantastic, surrounded by nature - it was quiet and peaceful. The spa treatments we had were excellent, and the staff was friendly and professional. The hotel facilities were new and modern, with a great sense of style.
The hotel lacked a romantic atmosphere during our stay. There were no little touches like flowers or a postcard, which we expected.

The size of the room was nice and comfortable with a quality shower. the food in the restaurant was excellent, and the bar had a good selection of drinks to choose from. the hotel is in a great location for outdoor activities and has easy access to cycle tracks.
The customer service could be improved, as the staff only spoke Czech and German, and it was difficult to communicate with them. the room we booked did not have the terrace as promised, and there was nothing the hotel could do about it.

the location was perfect for exploring the area, with many cycle tracks nearby. the clean, modern room was equipped with everything I needed and the friendly staff were available 24/7. the breakfast was delicious, and there were many spa procedures available, but unfortunately I didn't have time to try them.
The parking space was limited and I struggled to find a place to park.

I had a great time staying in this hotel with its nice staff and clean facilities. The location is also convenient as it is very close to the centre of this city. The breakfast was also tasty, and I really enjoyed the nearby forests and transportation options.
Don't have any issues at all. Perfect stay overall.
